Started in 1995 in NYC's Central Park. Once Upon a Time, Strollercize was created by former dancer, tightrope walker, Elizabeth Trindade. After the birth of her first child, Trindade became fitness frustrated and could not even find time to go to her own gym! One night she took the stroller out and started dancing behind the four wheel fitness apparatus. Classes started up in Central Park in 1995. Her book Strollercize The Workout For New Mothers was published by Random House in March 2001. Just before September 11th 2001, Strollercize was offering 100 classes a month throughout the Manhattan area. In 2006 Trindade started an online Certification program and choose that model over Franchising. Many instructors and Moms went through the Wheel of Knowledge Academy and some now run their own fitness business.
Strollercize 2020 is strolling into the future with a NEW MODEL. We are training and hiring Moms to teach Strollercize Classes in their area. Strollercize 2020 will start up classes in New York City and in Bonita Springs, Fl as soon as the dust settles and the Covid-19 is safely under control.

Many of our Moms get pregnant with Baby #2 right when they are fit and back to their pre-pregnancy weight. Strollercize keeps the Mom-To-Be AGAIN, in the Strollercize class with modified pushing and exercises so she can stay with her Mom friends, not leave the Strollercize class yet participate in modified exercises within the program that will get her prepared for the big day of PUSHING and New Life into our world.
This program is currently NOT being offered ONSITE but we are offering a ONLINE GROUP Prenatalcize Program using our BABYWEIGHT Fitness Tool. We are taking orders now and they will be ready to ship June 17th 2020. Online Prenatalcize Classes start July 2020.
Strollercize sometimes has to stop the TRAIN and park the strollers. This program is INDOORS. Back in the day we offered our INDOOR GROUNDED Classes at David Barton Gym. When we train our Moms or Instructors we prepare them for INDOOR CLASSES as we never know what the weather will be like and it is great to offer both ONSITE Park or Neighborhood Classes and ONSITE Indoor Classes.
As in all of our programs The RollerSizeR AB TONER & MORE (Included in A F IT MOM WORKOUT KIT) is used rather than just the stretchy arm band. It provides a way better training device that helps the Moms get fit FASTER without straining her back or neck.
Used in NYC many, years ago but we have updated the design and it comes with a complete program for a Mom to Be and a New Mom. The Babyweight™ comes with a Complete workout routine for both a Mom To Be and is also used in our Online Group Classes or a Mom can use a 8 lb Dumbbell.
Pelvic floor exercises are in every class. But we want our Moms to keep up the work at home. This video workout can be done anywhere. Lizzie will guide you through in detail how to keep those Wee Wee muscles tight. You may also laugh so keep it together.
