Before we set out to Strollercize, we Gather and Warm Up The Muscles of Motherhood. We start with a Meet and Greet time and Your trainer will go over how Social Distancing will be done during the entire class. As we say in Strollercize, "Go With The Stroll."
We use the Stroller in most of our Cardio moves but sometimes we have to Breakaway. Stairs, Steps, Save The Family Routines. Using The RollerSizeR helps our Moms burn Baby Weight FASTER. Also, helps us tone the arms at the same time.
Moms need strong arms to Push, Hold, Carry and Cope with the Daily Workout that is built into a Mom's New Life. Mother-Load is sequence of Upper Body Exercises that tone and shape a Mother's Arms.
We use the Stroller as a Ballet Barre. We train the legs to be slender, slim and strong. Balance is the key to this new life and holding the stroller gives us a great way to balance and train the legs.
