THE Strollercize® Wheel of Knowledge Academy 2022

SPOKE 1 This course is great for someone who is new to being a fitness trainer. We made it so it is not to medical and more real life. You will be able to teach with the Knowledge of a New Mom's Body. If you are already a Instructor, you will enjoy a new way to look at a Mom's Body. 

SPOKE 2 Strollercize® has changed a lot over the years. But one thing that is the same, we use the Stroller in most of our exercises. This Spoke Chapter is about when and how the class is started. It also teaches the New Strollercize Warm Up! 

SPOKE 3 Strollercize's 'Fitionary' is the Glossary of all of the Terms Used in The Strollercize Program. The Strollercize Program has it's own language to Push out Moms to fitness with a stroller. We do not use the word squat, lunge or dead lift. We use words that relate to her life. She will not even know she is in a fitness class. Terms like 'Pick Ups', 'Under The Bed', 'Kick The Fridge' and Moment of Peace'. These are just a few of the 100 Words used in the Strollercize Certification Fitionary.

SPOKE 4 We use Formula Cans and of Course The RollerSizeR® AB TONER to trim and tone a New Moms Arms. Strollercize® is about getting Mom back to her Wedding Dress self. She needs to be FIT for her Family and lead them in a healthy direction.

SPOKE 5 Strollercize has a system. It has changed or should we say SO MUCH BETTER. Why because fitness and exercises are constantly changing and getting better. We use the RollerSizeR so most of of our exercises with the use of the Stroller are more targeted. So Moms get fit FASTER but also far more safe to injury. 

SPOKE 6 The Stroller can easily be way better than a Treadmill, but when we do our Strollercize THING, with the RollerSizeR in hand, well, you do not need to stroll or jog fast to lose that baby fat off your hips  and body. Strollercize is smart too, we keep the Breast lifted. Lizzie will talk about that later in her New You Tube Channel. 

SPOKE 7 This part of the course is the more dancing part. Segments, Formats, So the Moms feel like they are able to move on a cloud. Lizzie brings in her ballet days to the stroller in the part of the program. So fun. So Fit. 

SPOKE 8 Strollercize® has a unique Post Pardum Boot Camp. It is designed to train the Postnatal Mom in a safe but highly fit way. How you train a young Mom makes all the difference as to when she is a OLDER Mom. Ask the Author and Professor of the course. 

SPOKE 9 All the leg, butt, thigh exercises are based on how Lizzie was trained as a dancer. Not a Fitness Instructor. So using the Stroller, she creates fun and effective exercises for the New Mom. 

SPOKE 10 This course shows all the ways to use The BabyWeight toning tool in your Prenatal or Postnatal Classes! One Hour Online Course. The BABYWEIGHTS are custom made and have three colors your studio can pick from. Purchase a Class Package of 10 and expect shippment within 30 days. 

SPOKE 11  First brought to Strollercize NYC in 2010. Moms loved it and it created a new way to workout with stroller. We hang The ROLLERSIZER® AB TONER over the bars of the stroller. Most Instructors use the stretch bands which is fine. We started with bands in our early days, but this is a Modern Fitness Tool that helps Posture the Exercises to be more effective. 

SPOKE 12  This is the Strollercize® Prenatal Program. Preparing 2 Push is just that, getting ready for birth by pushing your stroller. Many of our Moms get pregnant while in our classes. We keep these Moms, with this modifications. They will be able to stay in the class till her ninth month or in many cases. Get ready to deliver at class!
